Objective of the project
SNCF’s objective was to measure historical subsidence in its existing high-speed rail network. InSAR results was compared with existing measurement data to validate InSAR technology. |

Measurement accuracy was +/-4 mm.
SNCF is planning to roll out InSAR methodology to more lines.
InSAR technology might be used to first detect and then monitor weak points of the network.
