ALTAMIRA INFORMATION at the International Forum on Satellite Earth Observation for Geohazard Risk Management (21-23 May 2012, Santorini, Greece)
Alain Arnaud, CEO of ALTAMIRA INFORMATION will present “Analysis of land subsidence in the agglomerations of Jakarta, Ho Chi Minh City, Yogyakarta & Guyana” during the International Forum hosted by the European Space Agency. The Forum will bring together international experts from the field of geohazard risk assessment and management.
The European Space Agency and the European Investment Bank select ALTAMIRA INFORMATION to lead a pilot project (May 2012)
A consortium led by ALTAMIRA INFORMATION and including Artelia Eau et Environment will carry out the pilot project “ Subsidence in River Estuaries” for the European Space Agency (ESA) and the European Investment Bank (EIB). Altamira Information will map terrain deformations in order to provide an interpreted product, including an analysis of the correlation between terrain deformation measurements and human activities carried out by its partner.
